2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 85, 109, 76, 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, harassed and tortured the daughter of informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and subsequently, on 14.02.2026, all the accused persons brutally assaulted the victim due to which she died during course of treatment.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
