JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this writ application is being filed against the order dated 25.05.2021 contained in Memo no.922 dated 25.05.2021 passed by respondent District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.15905 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/3 Officer in Case No.241/ 2018( Nibha Kumari vs. Child Development project Officer, Ujiyarpur) whereby and whereunder the claim of the petitioner has been turned down in a mechanical manner, without appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.

This writ application is also being filed against the collusive report of respondent lady supervisor whereby she has furnished the enquiry report on mere affidavit of father-in-law of respondent no.10 before the notary public who disclosed that he is a daily wager, earned Rs.300/- per day though expected that working at Jute Mill, Barsbariya.

This writ application is also being filed for a direction to the respondents to make appointment of the petitioner at Anganbari Sevika Ward No.10, Centre No. 353, Gram Panchayat Raj Dadhiya Muriyaro under Ujiyarpur-Block within Samastipur District."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15905 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2024 3/3 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
