Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is aggrieved by an order of his removal from service and that the petitioner was holding a post of Tola Sewak, which is not a post of Government servant, this Court keeping in view that for these social welfare measures the Collector of the District is the ultimate authority, if the petitioner so wishes he can move the Collector of the District against the order of removal from the post of Tola Sevak. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
