Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant came to know about the name of petitioner on the basis of conversation which took place between the culprits. However, petitioner was arrested in course of investigation but except the aforesaid facts as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
