ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-08-2023 Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the petitioner has a remedy of filing an application before the Principal Secretary under Rule 32 (vii) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016 against the impugned order. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the Principal Secretary under Rule 32 (vii) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.
