The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner resorted to fire causing injury on the ring finger of the left hand of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since petitioner used to raise voice against the informant being Enforcement Officer, hence, the case has been lodged with false accusation. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the petitioner caused grievous injury to the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 233 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
