The petitioner is accused in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statements of co-accused, namely, Sanjay Bhagat and Mithilesh Kumar. Thereafter, on 06.01.2016, the petitioner was remanded in the present case from Motipur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015. Except the confessional statements, there is no tangible material against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case.

No.27728 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-VIII-cum-Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013.
