2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 354(A), 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 Ram Sewak Yadav assaulted on the head of husband of informant with Farsa and petitioner no. 2 Ganga Yadav assaulted informant with Tengari.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute between the parties, petitioners have been made accused in this case. Case and counter case. He further submits that the alleged occurrence took place on 26.12.2021, but F.I.R. has been lodged on 06.02.2022 i.e. after 42 days and there is no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43921 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 plausible explanation of delay. Petitioners are in custody since 21.02.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhiya P.S.
