JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the impugned order, I find that in course of investigation, the petitioner was identified by witnesses and further Para-3 of the petition goes to show that petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25737 of 2016 (2) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 connection with Chakmahesi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Samastipur stands rejected.
