The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 05.12.2005 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-III, Nawadah in Criminal Appeal No. 42 of 2000/01 of 2005, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 21.06.2000 passed by the 2nd Assistant Sessions Judge, Nawadah in S.Tr. No. 04 of 1994 (G.R. No. 659 of 1992 arising out of Nawadah P.S. Case No. 113 of 1992), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section2 307 and 324 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years and three months respectively.
Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference with the same.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.20 of 2006 dt.18-08-2015 However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.
With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
