ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 29.10.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court 1st, Khagaria in Criminal Appeal No.15 of 2004, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioner and maintained the sentence of 2 years R.I. under Section 392 I.P.C. passed on 26.3.2004 by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Complaint case No.375C of 1992.

Having gone through the impugned judgments, I do not find any perversity in the same. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioner, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
