Petitioner seeks bail in Desari (Sahdei OP) P.S. Case No.42 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Informant has levelled allegation against co-accused-Munna Kumar. The police during investigation arrested this petitioner on the basis of suspicion and recorded her confession. Petitioner is a lady, who is in custody since 26.04.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.49143 of 2018 (4) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Desari (Sahdei OP) P.S.
