2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the brother of the petitioner No.1 ten years ago. The son-in-law of the informant used to reside outside in order to earn money and in his absence the accused persons including the petitioner used to torture her daughter in various ways. When the informant got information that her daughter is sick, he went to meet her, in the meantime, she found that inlaws have brought her daughter in an unconscious condition in a tempo and they fled away after handing over her daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is Devar and petitioner No.2 is Devrani of the deceased. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners have no concern with the deceased they are living separately. Mukesh Yadav @ Mukesh, the father-in-law of the deceased has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48319 of 2023. Petitioners have one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Kaluahia P.S. Case No. 203 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) saurabhkr/- U T
