The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 31.10.2005 passed by the 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Criminal Appeal No. 33 of 1999. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference.
