ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-09-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment dated 25.10.2005 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamahri in Criminal Appeal No.35 of 2001/33 of 2005, by which he has dismissed the appeal, which was filed against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 13.6.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Pupri at Sitamarhi in G.R. No.127 of 1997 (Trial No.523 of 2001) arising out of Sursand P.S. case No.29 of 1997, and directed the Petitioners to be released on probation of good conduct on execution of bonds.

On going through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference. Hence, the revision is dismissed and the sentence is affirmed.
