JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 20.08.2013, contained in Memo No. 217 dated 20.08.2013, passed in Appeal No. 22/2013 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar.
