ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 5.10.2005 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.2, Patna in Criminal Appeal No.133 of 1998/1 of 2005, by which he has affirmed the conviction of the Petitioner and maintained the order of sentence dated 13.4.1998 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in S.K. Puri P.S. case No.140 of 1995 (G.R. No.4353 of 1995 Trial No.188 of 1998). Having considered the period of custody of the Petitioner and the fact that he has refunded the disputed amount, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him. With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
