Re.: Letters Patent Appeal No. 216 of 2015 Learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present Letters Patent Appeal with liberty to challenge the order of punishment passed during the pendency of the appeal.
The present Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
However, the grant of liberty shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. As and when the appellant invokes the jurisdiction of the appropriate forum, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
