2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 48 of 2004.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and after due investigation the police submitted final form showing it to be a case of false accusation differing with the same however cognizance has been taken on the basis of protest petition.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the fact that order of cognizance was

No.52916 of 2018(3) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 passed as far back as on 25.10.2008 and the petitioner has not shown any immediate cause of apprehension of arrest, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
