JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2017 The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application:- (I) To appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on the post of Assistant Teacher for which he has been legally entitled.

(II) To direct the concerned respondents to appoint the petitioner for the post of Assistant Teacher on the compassionate ground sympathetically.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex court in Civil Appeal No.4776-4777/2017 dated 03.04.2017.

The petitioner is directed to file a representation before

Patna High Court CWJC No.11899 of 2014 (3) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 the competent authority, who shall examine the case of the petitioner and if the case of the petitioner is found identical then dispose of the representation of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and pass a necessary order within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
