JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 313 of 2015 pending in the court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
