The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 21.12.2015 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge-XII, Patna in Cr. Rev. No. 484 of 2005, by which he has set aside the order dated 13.06.2005 by which the Executive Magistrate, Danapur in Case No. 124(M) of 2005 initiated a proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C.

Since these provisions are meant for emergent purpose only, I do not find any reason for interference in the matter which is more than ten years old. Hence, the Application stands dismissed.
