The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 498A and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is of committing murder of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 21.04.2017. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They are
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43161 of 2017 (3) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.
On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. case No.84 of 2017.
