The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused, Virendra Rai @ Birendra Rai having similar allegation has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.23926 of 2018.
