The learned AC to PAAG-I appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and 2 submits that the present writ petition has become incompetent on account of its dismissal as against the respondent no.6. Therefore, the whole writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
