The Petitioner seeks bail in Bypass P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 10 Kg of Ganja.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged Ganja was recovered from the Tempo on which other passengers were also present. It is alleged that the same was kept in front of the petitioner. It has further been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017.
