That this is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance a writ/writs, order/orders for commanding the respondents authority, and directed to respondents authority to pay the exgratia compensation amount / interim ex-gratia compensation to the petitioner as per the Government policy and as per Home Guard Rule, as well as circular

Patna High Court CWJC No.16096 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 of Election Commission of India, and / or issuance any other writ/writs, order/orders, or direction which is entitled as per rules and regulations."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi, he shall take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
