This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No.68 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim causing two injuries.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2024. There is counter case also. The petitioner has clean antecedent. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
