2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 41.580 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 25.3.2025. Charge has already been framed in the case on 21.8.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
