ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-11-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 21.2.2006 passed by the 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Naugachia in Criminal Appeal No.62 of 2000, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioners and sentenced them of six months R.I. and fine of Rs.500/- each under Section 380/34 I.P.C., in default of which simple imprisonment for another one month.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference. However considering the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by them. However, they are required to deposit the fine as directed by the Court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.331 of 2006 dt.03-11-2015 2/2 receipt of this order, failing which he shall be sentenced to imprisonment as directed by the court below.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
