In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (I) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to immediately select this petitioner on the post of cook to prepare luncheon food in upgraded middle school Doghra, Bihia, Bhojpur, Bihar.
(II) For commanding the respondents as to why this petitioner has been terminated on the post of cook while she was discharging her duty honestly till

(III) For commanding the respondents as to why without issuing any show cause she has been terminated from her post.
(IV) For commanding the respondents as to why a competent person has been terminated on her post without any reasonable ground.
Considering the reliefs sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation regarding the redressal of her grievance before the Respondent No.3 i.e. The Block Education Officer, Bihia, Bhojpur, Bihar.. The Respondent No.3 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
