2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2015 in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as his wife has died by consuming poison as a result of quarrel between them.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
