2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Sonbarsha P.S. Case No. 219 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the informant namely, Ajwari Khatoon (deceased) was married to the petitioner on 22.08.2019. It is also alleged that after the marriage, the in-laws of the deceased started demanding a bike and Rupees One lakh. It is further alleged that the deceased was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand. Ultimately, on 03.11.2020, she was being killed by her in-laws.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that the petitioner has annexed the inquest report and the post-mortem report, which will go to show that the doctor has found ligature mark and abrasion on both sides of neck, sized 1/2"x 1/4". It has also been submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. He further submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the year 2022, but he has gone outside to earn his livelihood and could surrender only in the year 2025. It has lastly been submitted that a statement has been made in para- 3 of the bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 20.01.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
