1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Barhiya P.S. Case No. 229 of 2022 registered under section 302, 201, and 34 of Indian Penal code.

4. Prosecution case in short is that the lady was murdered by some unknown criminals and the dead body was thrown.

5. During investigation witnesses have supported the crime and one co-accused Priyanka Devi admitted that the deceased namely Muskan was killed by her son along

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. The petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2022. There is no evidence against the petitioner except confession of the co-accused. Other co-accused have been granted bail.

8. Considering the above, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barhiya P.S. Case No. 229 of 2022.

10. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial. If the petitioner does not cooperate in the trial, the Court below is at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Sunnykr/- U T
