====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 06-03-2017 The writ petition filed by the petitioner was decided by the learned Single Bench on 10th of February, 2006 with a direction to reexamine the claim of the petitioner with reference to recommendation of the Pay Revision Committee for treating him at par with the Agriculture Inspectors. In L.P.A. No. 481 of 2006 against the said order, the order passed by the learned Single Bench stands modified on 23rd of June, 2011.

There is no assertion that the order passed by the Letters Patent Bench has not been complied with.
