The petitioner seeks bail in Siswan P.S. Case (Chainpur O.P.) No.132 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that five persons in intoxicant condition mercilessly stabbed brother-in-law of the victim in which two persons have died on the way to Hospital. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
