Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 427, 379 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioners and several accused are named in the first information report whereas 10 to 11 unknown persons have also been made accused in this case on the accusation that all the accused having entered into the house of the informant not only assaulted the inmates of the house by different weapons but also committed theft. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that having more or less similar allegation several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25939 of 2016 (2) dt.24-06-2016 as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
