In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1862C of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that petitioner no.1 along with his son and daughter came to the house of the complainant and took away the ornaments worth Rs.5 lakhs. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that already the daughter of petitioner no.1 has lodged a criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40394 of 2019(2) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending consideration and in order to pressurize these petitioners the present case has been lodged. Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1862C of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
