ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment and order dated 7.3.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 4, Madhepura, in Cr. Appeal No. 6 of 2004 by which he has affirmed the order of conviction dated 27.1.2004 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura, in Gamaharia P.S. Case No. 40 of 1994, G.R. No. 637 of 1994.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference.

Hence, the revision application is dismissed with modification in sentence to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.
