JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 9, 27, 49(i), 5 of W.L.P. Act. Three persons were arrested with bones and skin of tiger and the aforesaid persons disclosed that one Hari Guru was also accompanied them in killing the tiger. Thereafter, the house of aforesaid Hari Guru was raided and bones of tiger and other articles were recovered. Petitioner being wife of aforesaid Hari Guru was found present at the house and she was also arrested and it is alleged that poison and net were recovered from her possession. Moreover, co-accused, Chandeo Mahto @ Chanddeo

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33574 of 2016 (3) dt.20-10-2016 2/2 Mahto and two others, who were initially caught by the forest officials with bones and skin of the tiger, have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with I.F. Case No. 07 of 2016.
