2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 70(2), 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of committing gang rape with the minor victim who is aged about 11 years.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.6.2025.

5. In the trial, out of eight witnesses, six have already been examined.

6. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and also considering the fact that trial is on the verge of completion, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
