JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2015 Heard the parties The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 21.08.1991 passed in Case No. 121 of 1988/68 of 1991 by the Consolidation Officer, Kurhani, Muzaffarpur (Annexure-1), the appellate order dated 10.03.1998 passed in Appeal No. 44 of 1991 by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Muzaffarpur (Annexure2) and the revisional order dated 24.03.2006 passed in Revision No.70 of 1998 by the Joint Director of Consolidation, Muzaffarpur (Annexure-4), whereby the claim of the petitioners under the provisions of The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956 with respect to the lands under dispute has been rejected.

In view of the fact that by concurrent findings of fact,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9808 of 2006 (5) dt.04-12-2015 2/2 the claim of the petitioners has been rejected by all the three authorities, this Court does not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned orders. The writ petition is devoid of any merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
