Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Shambhu Ram has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 35717 of 2017 on 08.08.2017. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2017.
