Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sare P.S. Case No.40/2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda. He is said to have inflicted fire-arm injury to the father of the informant below his knee.

In the circumstances, I direct the petitioner, named above, to surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law in the light
