This is an application for bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 249 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 103, 104 of the Indian Trade Mark act, 1999 and under Sections 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957. Allegation against the petitioner as per F.I.R. is that he is manufacturing the DAWAR GULAWARI though it is a license by the informant and from his shop, 269 bottles were recovered. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is a shopkeeper and he has no relation with the articles and now furthermore, he is in custody for more than two months. Heard learned APP also.

No.46893 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-Ist, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.249 of 2017 subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties in the jurisdiction of court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date and on failure to appear on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine ground or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
