JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Principal Secretary, Art & Culture, Government of Bihar, Patna for the purposes of seeking permission for repairing / renovation of his house situated in the district of Nalanda. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate application / representation is filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.1675 of 2021(5) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
