2. This writ application has been filed for a direction to the concerned respondent to pay compensation to the petitioner of the damaged house, which has been damaged due to acquisition of land for the purpose of construction of Babura Doriganj Ganga Pool cum approach road alongwith interest at the current market rate.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, he has filed representation before the Land Acquisition Officer, Bhojpur (Ara) on 06.06.2023 (Annexure -

Patna High Court CWJC No.9628 of 2023(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 3 to the writ application), but till date, no order has been passed on his representation and as such, he requests for disposal of the representation.

4. In view of limited prayer made on behalf of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent no. 4/District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhojpur (Ara) to consider the representations filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

5. With aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
