2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S.Case No. 90 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Code.

3. The case against the petitioner is that he is involved in a cyber fraud and Rs. 1,59,700/- has been transferred in his account.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was sitting in Saudi Arabia and one day before reaching India, he requested one of his colleague for transfer some amount in his account and this amount was

The learned cousnel for the petitioner has annexed the ticket, Boarding pass and Passport in support of the aforesaid claim. The petitioner has clean antecedent and is in jail since 17.04.2024.

Though this Court has rejected the bail application of Samir Alam, Wasim Alam @ Wasim Akhtar and Najoom Akhtar but considering the stand of the petitioner and his clean antecedent and supporting documents mentioned above, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul in Chhauradano P.S.Case No. 90 of 2024.

6. After release, the petitioner will co-operate in the case and shall be represented through his lawyer regularly so that the trial is not delayed.
