Case nos. and same impugned order, they are being heard together and are being decided by this common order for the sake of convenience The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 273 of 2016, registered for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52445 of 2016 (6) dt.28-06-2017 2/3 offences punishable under Sections 489A, 489B and 489C of Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of 100 counterfeit notes of 500 denominations.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners in both the above cases that they have falsely been implicate in this case and they no criminal antecedents and have been languishing in judicial custody for last nine months and are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Earlier, in this case a report was called for from Superintendent of Police, Malda with respect to verification of addresses of the petitioners, the said report has been received. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation and the period of custody, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nathnagar (Lalmatiya) P.S. Case No. 273 of 2016, subject to the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable

(ii) The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
(iii) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on their part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reasons, the prosecution will be free to move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
