The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 414/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners were allegedly arrested along with a stolen motorcycle. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 28.03.2019. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges or after two months from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
